Returns and warranty

We want you to receive exactly the material you ordered, in the proper condition. This policy describes how we handle issues and returns.

Quality guarantee

Every batch comes with its Certificate of Analysis (COA). If the material you receive does not match its batch documentation, contact us and we will resolve it.

Damaged or incorrect product

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs of the product and the packaging. We will review the case to replace or correct the order.

Considerations

• Due to the nature of research material, returns are not accepted for vials that have been opened, handled, or reconstituted.
• Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
